The Skip-a-Month widget in Online Banking is located in the first column just below your Balance Totals, or hover over the Payment tab and select Skip A Payment. You do not qualify for a skip if the form is not visible.
In the mobile app the Skip A Payment option is located on the "More" page. Log into the app, go to "More" and select Skip a Payment under the Payment section. You do not qualify for a skip if the form is not visible.
