If you are receiving SMS/Text Messages that state you have an "Inactive Account" you will need to log into MFCU Home Banking, deactivate Mobile Banking & Alerts, then reactivate it. The steps to deactivate is as follows:
- Log into MFCU Home Banking on a desktop computer or the full site on a moble device or mobile banking.
- Hover over Additional Services and click on "Mobile Banking & Alerts"
- Click on Change or add number
- Click the X next to your phone number.
Once you have deactivated the mobile number all you need to do is follow the steps to reactivate it
