If mail is returned to MFCU from the US Postal service as a bad address, the account is flagged as bad address and charged a fee.There are administrative costs and USPS fees for all returned mail. In order to keep this from being passed onto our entire membership, only members with bad addresses are charged that fee.


Members can log into their online account, click on My Information tab to change their address online or if on a mobile app click on More and then My Information..
