Log into your account online or the mobile app. Click on your credit card share which will take you to the credit card so you can view your information.
Under Communications tab select Travel Notes, select the credit card you will use, enter the last four of your SSN and your zip code. Fill out the form an d submit it and you are done.
If you have a change of plans go back to Travel Notes and remove.
