How do I cancel a payment in Online Bill Pay? Print

In order to cancel a payment in Online Bill Pay. You must follow these steps:

Select the Bill Payment tab after you log into home banking.
On the right side of the page under My Payments. Find the Scheduled payments list
On the right of the payee you wish to cancel click the red X.

Verify if you are deleting just one payment of all
