Yes, you can cancel a transfer set up between your accounts.  You must follow these steps in order to complete the cancellation:

  1. Hover over "Move Money"
  2. Click on "External Transfers".
  3. Select "Transfer Between My Accounts".
  4. Click on the "Activity" tab at the top of the screen.
  5. Click on the arrow next to the transfer you wish to cancel.
  6. Full details of the transfer will display.  Click on "Cancel Transfer".
  7. You will then receive a pop up verifying that you wish to cancel the payment.  Select either Cancel This Transfer or Cancel All Remaining Transfers.
  8. Click Yes, Cancel and on the next popup click Done
  9. Review the STATUS column to verify it says Cancelled.

Once you have completed these steps, you will receive an email notification stating you have cancelled the transfer. 

 

While following these steps, if you do not see the option to cancel the payment, it is too late and the transfer has already been submitted for processing and the transfer cannot be cancelled.
