Your send money account can become Restricted or Frozen due to any of the following:

  • Randomly you will be asked verification questions based on the information with Equifax Credit Reporting Agency.  If any of the presented questions are answered incorrectly, your Send Money account will become restricted. 
  • Your Send Money account will become Frozen if the funds are not available on the day they are due to be withdrawn from your account.
