When using Send Money you have two options:

Transfer Between My Accounts: This transfers money between your account at Marine FCU and an account at another financial institution. You must be in the first position on the account both here and at the other financial institutions

Pay Other People (Popmoney): You can send money to anyone using their email address, mobile number or their bank account information.

Using the email and mobile number - the receiving person will follow the instructions they receive to set up an account and enter their financial information. The setup is a one time process. After the initial setup, they would just log in and choose the account they want the money to go to.
Using the bank account information you will enter the routing number and account number of the person you want the money to go to. The funds will be deposited directly in their account
