When trying to use External Transfers or Zelle you receive an  Error SS31.  You will need to open a checking share to use these services.  You can open a checking by logging into your account online, hover over Additional Services and select Add to your account.  You can, also, contact our Member Interaction Center at 910-577-7333 or 800-225-3967.



In order to offer Zelle, a change was made on August 3rd to no longer allow the use of Savings Share for External Transfers or Zelle.
